Update
EEBA is now Goodbudget! Goodbudget has all the great features of EEBA (and more!) in a new and updated interface. Check out the Goodbudget Help Center for the most recent help content.
Android has a feature that enables you to move your apps to SD in order to conserve the “in phone” memory. We’ve enabled this as of version 1.6.2.1 (02-May-2011). We had held off on this for awhile even though this is a relatively simple change for the simple reason that, because of a current technical limitation in Android, apps that get moved to SD lose access to their widgets.
If you do move EEBA to your SD card and subsequently want to move it back to the phone and use the widget, you may need to uninstall and re-install EEBA to get the widget back in your list of available Home Screen widgets.
We happen to think that EEBA’s location-aware widget is a super-cool way to quickly enter transactions. After you’ve tried it once, you’ll never want to do it any other way. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been at a location and been amazed that the widget gets the right store and enables fast entry (as few as 3 touches!)
